This past weekend, Lions helped out at the Special Olympics Youth Games event at the Meridian High School. During Medfest, Lions screened potential athletes in for sight and hearing issues and assisted in the general physical screening. Youth Games is a new event for Special Olympics Idaho targeting school age youth with and without disabilities, introducing them to sports and Special Olympics. Over all the event was a huge success and everyone involved had a great time!
