This year, the Annual Golf Sprint has been renamed in honor of Bill Lutz, a Special Olympics Idaho athlete who was an avid golfer and a frequent participant in the Golf Sprint.  We are saddened by his loss.  A memorial board will be set up on the 18th Hole to honor his memory.

The Gofl Sprint is a four person 36-hole Best Ball Tournament @ Plantation Country Club (shotgun start 7:30 a.m.)

BREAKFAST (6:30 a.m.) and BBQ lunch following event

18 Teams of Four Golfers

Each Team Captain enlists a foursome, with each team member committing to a minimum of $500 in pledges ($2000 total per foursome).

Hole sponsorships are $250.Hole Sponsorship forms are due at the Special Olympics Idaho office by 4p.m. on Wednesday, August 26, 2009.

Team Captains are required to present their team’s pledge forms and money prior to beginning play to be eligible for prizes.

Prizes will be awarded for Longest Drive and Closest to Pin in addition to Highest Individual and Team Pledge Levels.

Lowest Gross and Net will be awarded prizes plus some special features along the way.
