this is matt signing on one more time to night I got to witness zach get his medals today it was very cool. his first medal was in bench press and he took third, his second medal was in squats and he took second, his third medal was in combined bench and dead lift and he came in second there too, the last medal was in the dead lift and it was a gold and it was very cool so now we are chillaxing in the dorms and the coaches are in a meeting so we get to have fun and play games yahoooooooooo!!!!!!
