The activities for this day will include a tour of the newly remodeled Idaho Statehouse, lunch, watching part of the house/senate floor debate, participating in a meet and greet in the Capitol Rotunda and a chance to present your school activities from the 2009 Special Olympics World Winter Games. Additionally, Governor Otter will be dedicating a tree in honor of the 2009 World Winter Games and reading a Proclamation. There will be a Youth Summit Kickoff at the downtown YMCA on
