The focus of sharing individual gifts and skills is not only a major focus of Special Olympics but one of the core elements of Special Olympics Project UNIFY®. Special Olympics Project UNIFY has developed the formal opportunity for more youth to understand and employ their gifts and skills by training Special Olympics State Program staff to develop quality leadership strength awareness.

We are working with GALLUP leaders and staff to create this exciting opportunity that will greatly enhance our knowledge and skills to engage youth as positive change agents now and in the future.
